Within this one year she build a great relationship with staff at Huntingdon Court care home. Today, all eyes were on Pat as everyone gathered to honor her remarkable century-long journey with a birthday celebration that she and everyone around her would never forget.

The festivities were organized by Molly, the Well-Being Activities Coordinator at Huntingdon Court, who carefully planned a day filled with joy and thoughtful details.
